Because we are such a small business, all sales are final, as we cannot accept any returns.

We want nothing more than for you and your fur child to love your purchase, so if you have any questions in regards to sizing, product information or general inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out. When buying a dog bandana, please take the time to measure your dog's neck to ensure you are purchasing the correct size. Our sizing chart is located here. 

If you are local (Vancouver, BC) and would like to size your dog for a bandana, you and your dog are more than welcome to visit our offices located in Kitsilano. Please email hello@pomandchi.com to set up an appointment time between the hours of 9AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday.
